titleI registered more than then once by accident

If you made a duplicate registration you will need to be refunded for one of these memberships. In some situations, an automatic refund can be requested if under seven days. However, this is not available in all cases . Depending as it depends on your Club’s refund procedure policy you may have the following options available.

Automatic Refund: (not always available)

This is only available after 24hrs of purchase. This option depends on how your Club chose to setup their refunds. If you are within 7 days of the point of purchase is because the funds much reach the payment provider account before being reversed. The date range this automatic refund remains available depends on the refund policy of the associations involved.

Dependent on the refund policy, you may have the option to automatically refund yourself from your Sportlomo account.

  1. Login to your Sportlomo account

  2. Click Payments on the side menu

  3. Click Membership

  4. You will see the automatic refund icon (see screenshot below)

You After being refunded you can then go ahead and register for the correct club.

Refund Request:

If automatic refunds are no longer available you will have to request a refund. To request a refund please follow the steps below. Keep in mind, all levels need to approve their portion of the fees ie: USA Rugby Governing body - Union - Club

To apply for this you must:

  1. Login to your Sportlomo account

  2. Select Payments from the side menu

  3. Click Payments

  4. You will see the refund request icon (See screenshot below), you will receive an email telling you when you are approved.

  5. After requesting a refund, to help expedite the process we recommend contacting your club administrator, union representative, and USA rugby ( jdombrowski@usa.rugby ) governing body for approval of the refund.

titleI registered to the wrong club

If you registered for the incorrect club you will need to apply for a refund and re-register to the correct club. In some instances, an automatic refund can be requested if under seven days. However, not in all cases is this process available. Depending on the refund procedure for your club you may have the following options available. Automatic Refund: (depends on club procedure) a certain amount of days since purchase. This is refund policy dependent, this is set by your associations. However, if the time has lapsed for an automatic refund you may still request a refund in most cases. Please follow the below steps:

Automatic Refund:

This is only available after 24hrs of purchase and is also dependent on the club refund policy.

If you are within 7 days of the point of purchase you may the date range for automatic refunds you should have the option to automatically refund yourself from your Sportlomo account:

  1. Login to your Sportlomo account

  2. Click Payments on the side menu

You can then go ahead and register for the correct club.
