In some cases, we need a Sportlomo agent to verify and solve an activation request. Submit your ticket to the SportLoMo Service Desk if you see this activation error.

Please include the following information in the ticket to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Email address you think was used

  • Full name and date of birth of Member

  • Name of the club and organisation you are withWere you registered last season in the Webpoint system?
