 I cant log in

When an individual register with sportlomo an activation link is sent to your email account. It is not necessary to activate the account straight away, you can activate the account later. However, if you do not activate the account and come back on a later date to try and log in you may need to click re-send activation link.

 Account Activation issues

In some cases, we need

a Sportlomo agent to verify and solve an activation request. Submit your ticket to the SportLoMo Service Desk .

Please include the following information in the ticket to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Email address you think was used

  • Full name and date of birth of Member

  • Name of the club and organisation you are with

  • Were you registered last season in the Webpoint system?

 Why might my email not be in the system?

  • Have you used an old email?.

 Why am I missing members within an account?

If a member registered under your Sportlomo account is not found please log a ticket on the SportLoMo Service Desk

 Not receiving a password reset

If your email is not receiving a password reset email

  • Have you the correct email for the account

  • Are you sure your email is in the system

  • Are you using a .edu or earthlink email

  • Have you checked your spam box.

Please email SportLoMo Service Desk with the member name, email, club and organisation that you are registered with.
