Refunds - How to refund a membership payment

How to pay either a full refund or a partial refund to a member for a membership registration. Please note you can nly refund the share that you took from the payment, eg if the overall membership fee was 130 euros (Stella charged 100 and DDSL charged 30) you can only refund the 30. Stella will need to refund their share if required from their system

The Stripe fees will not be refunded they will keep them so from a 31.78 payment the maximum refund you can offer is 30 euros

Tip: If full payment including Stripe fees are needed, we can turn on an option in our system to allow that, however Stripe will still keep their fees - they will just deduct the service fees from your account to cover the shortfall
