How to update card/retry failed recurring payment
Login to your personal Sportlomo account https://ddsl.sportsmanager.ie/sportlomo/users/login
Go to Payments and refunds in your side menu>> Memberships
Click View details on the payment
Scroll to the bottom of the page >> click the credit card icon
Then, either make a payment with the card that is already there with the “make payment” button. If you no longer use this card >> update the card details >>click add card >> then make payment.
Click the “pin” icon on the new card to make it the default for future payments.
Then, if you have a second payment, go back to the screen before (you can repeat the process) and select the second credit card icon to make that payment.
