FAQ
IF you can't log in to your account, usually it's one of three things
Your trying to log in under an email address you were not registered under originally. Can you check all the email addresses that you could be registered under? If you don't have access to an old email address, your provincial body can update the email address on your Sportlomo account.
The email address associated with your account is not activated. When you register with Sportlomo, an activation link is sent to your email account. It is not necessary to activate your email address on your first registration, but you will need to complete the activation request before your next registration. If you put your email in the login box, you will be prompted to re-send activation email if your account exists but is not activated. https://www.loom.com/share/76b54dfa82a44193a080980149e72a00?sid=1f6bc6d6-fc1f-43ff-8b9d-acddb731b305

Refund policies and procedures vary by sport and governing body. To begin the refund process, please contact your club directly—they can guide you on the correct steps.
If the club is unsure, they can reach out to the provincial or state administrator for assistance.
Please note: Most payments are split across multiple organizations (e.g., club, provincial/state body, national body). Each organization is responsible for refunding their respective portion. Refunds will be issued separately by each organization.
If one portion is delayed, contact that specific organization directly or ask your club administrator to help you get in touch with them.
If you've registered for the wrong membership, your provincial or state administrator can change it through their admin panel.
If the membership you purchased was more expensive than the one you need, they can change it and issue a partial refund for the difference.
If the membership you purchased was cheaper than the one you actually need, it's best to request a refund and re-register for the correct membership.
Please contact your club or the appropriate administrator to start the process
If you registered for the wrong event, please contact your provincial administrator. They can either help transfer your entry to the correct event or issue a refund so you can re-register properly.
If you entered the wrong date of birth during registration, your provincial or state administrator can update it for you. Please contact them directly, and they’ll be able to make the correction.
If you’ve accidentally created two separate member profiles but only need one profile with multiple memberships, you can:
Contact your provincial or state body to request a refund for the incorrect or duplicate membership.
Use the “Upgrade/Add Category” button on your correct member card to add the second membership yourself.
This will allow you to have both memberships under a single member profile
