Rugby Canada - Refunds

Two types of refunds may be possible:

  • Automatic Refunds: Request made within 24hrs - 15 days of purchase

  • Manual Refunds : Request made after 15 days of purchase

If neither option is available, please contact your club administrator for assistance. Please note: Funds are not held by the software provider (SportLoMo). The refunds need to be approved by each association before being refunded.

Automatic Refund:

This option may only available between 24hrs - 15 days of purchase.

  1. Login to your Sportlomo account

  2. Click on the left side menu, select “Payments & Refunds” and then “Memberships”

  3. Review Membership Registration(s), and click “Automatic Refund” accordingly

    • If you have multiple memberships, click ‘view details’ first to check you are refunding the correct one.

  4. You will be directed to a Refunds page. Review details and provide the "Reason for Refund" before clicking "Save"

Note: Once a membership refund is complete, that member will no longer be active and therefore not be an eligible participant.

  1. Click "Continue" to agree to confirm the refund. Your refund request is now complete.

Manual Refund:

If you are after 15 days you will have to request a refund. To request a refund please follow the steps below. Keep in mind, all levels need to approve their portion of the fees e.g: Governing body - Province - Sub union - Club. Sportlomo cannot process refunds on behalf of these associations so if there is a delay I recommend you contact them directly.

To apply for a refund you must:

  1. Login to your Sportlomo account

  2. Click on the left side menu, select “Payments & Refunds” and then “Memberships”

  3. Review Membership Registration(s), and click “Request Manual Refund” accordingly

    • If you have multiple memberships, click ‘view details’ first to check you are refunding the correct one.

  4. You will be directed to a Refunds page. Review details and provide the "Reason for Refund" before clicking "Save".

  5. After successfully submitting the refund request, the email on file will receive a Membership Registration Refund Request confirmation email from noreply@sportlomo.com as well as a confirmation email once your request is approved.

After submitting refund request you can return at any stage to view the status of the approvals at the various association levels by returning to the same page and clicking the “Refunds” button.

Note: Funds are not held by the software provider (SportLoMo). The refunds need to be approved by each association before being refunded. Each level is responsible for their portion of the fees, and may have different timelines. Please reach out to the specific association if you have any questions.
