Club admins can enter their teams into events from their club portals, or assigned coaches can enter their club teams from their public user accounts.

Social teams can also be entered into events via a users own public user account.

The below videos will show the process for event registration.

Club Admin Entering Provincials

From a club portal, club admins have the ability to enter their team rosters into events for any event which is open for registration and associated with the age grade that the team roster has been created for.

Assigned Coaches Entering Provincials

Once a club member has been assigned to a roster as a coach, they have the ability to manage that roster from their own public user account. This includes the ability for the coach to enter their roster into events.

Club Admin Entering Nationals

Similarly to how a club admin can enter one of their team rosters to a provincial event from their club portal, they can also enter the same team roster to a Volleyball Canada Nationals event.

Assigned Coaches Entering Nationals

Similarly to how a club an assigned coach can enter one of their team rosters to a provincial event from their public user account, they can also enter the same team roster to a Volleyball Canada Nationals event.

“Social” Team Entering Nationals

For some clubs without access to a club portal, they have the ability to enter their team to a Nationals event as a “social” team.

Club Admin Adding to Waitlist Nationals

If an event is full to capacity, clubs have the ability to add themselves to a waitlist. This means that if an additional spot becomes available in the event for registration, the club has put themselves on a list to potentially be invited to fill one of these available spots.

Assigned Coaches Adding to Waitlist Nationals

If an event is full to capacity, assigned coaches have the ability to add their team roster to a waitlist. This means that if an additional spot becomes available in the event for registration, the club has put themselves on a list to potentially be invited to fill one of these available spots.

“Social” Team Adding to Waitlist Nationals

If an event is full to capacity, social team have the ability to add themselves to a waitlist. This means that if an additional spot becomes available in the event for registration, the registrant has put themselves on a list to potentially be invited to fill one of these available spots.
