In some cases, we need a Sportlomo agent to verify and solve resolve an activation request. Submit your ticket at the USA rugby service desk. Please If possible please include the following information in the ticket to expedite speed up the process if you have them to hand:

  • Full name and date of birth of Member

  • Name of the club and organisation organization you are with

  • Were you registered last season in the old webpoint Webpoint system?

Please email usarugby.support@sportlomo.com list us include the member name, email, club and organisation organization that you are registered with.
