Family package SET UP

Note you will need to set up the individual packages first and then the family package is a combination of the previously made up individual packeges.

Be careful selecting the membership packages in the search that you select a package that has the 30 euro ddsl registration fee if its needed. The fee in the bracket goes to the DDSL. (shown on the right)

• Use the “recurring payments” link in your club admin panel to monitor these payments. Change the payment status to monitor failed payments.

• Players can update their card information if a payment fails by logging into their sportlomo account and going to “Payments and refunds” in the side menu >> membership >>view details on the payment >> click the credit card icon on failed payment
