Group Registration

Group Registration allows a club admin to register multiple members at once and make a single payment for the membership of all of those registered members. We would recommend to do no more than 15 registrations at a time.

The steps to register a group of members are detailed below.

Begin Selling (This step was done for you)

In order to register your members, they must have available membership packages to register into. These packages are set up in the Begin Selling module. This has been done on behalf of the clubs/schools in Cheer Canada this year. If your club/school wanted to take fees as part of registration they would be adding them in here after onboarding a stripe account.

Group Registration ( Club/gym/school admin Start here)

Once packages have been made available for registration, the club admin can register their members through the Group Registration module.

Member Needs More Information (Members start here)

Once registered with a status of Needs More Information, members must login to their accounts to complete their registration forms and sign their waivers.

FAQ

In this scenario, your province can change this email. This will allow the member to attempt to login with the correct email here Sportlomo : User they will be prompted that their account isn't active and to resend the activation link which will go to the correct email after its been changed. Then they can login from this and change their password. When they get into their account they can update the information the member.

Firstly verify the email is 100% correct with the member. Also tell them the time and day it was sent and for them to check Spam.

To resend the registration email (this is not the activation email if you need this just have them login with the link below and they will be prompted to resend it)

Click the email icon

This only sends the email that was typed into the group registration email box again to all members on the status of “needs more information” .

If your member says they didn't get an activation email they may already have a Sportlomo account without realizing with another sport e.g rugby/volleyball or it could be in spam.

If they didn't get any email at all I would verify the email is correct first, then have them check spam folders.

Then if this still hasn't resolved it I would find the email they were registered under by going to the registration history, click i on the payment they were registered under then i on the member.

You can ask them to try and login using the email they are registered under here (they should confirm its correct also) Sportlomo : User . They will be prompted to resend the activation email. If they still don't receive this log a ticket for support under log in issues

 

How do I resend an activation email

If you are a member you can go here Sportlomo : User and put in the email that you were registered under (like in the video). Make sure the email is accurate.

The message will only show if your sportlomo account is not active. IF you already have an active account (maybe from playing volleyball/rugby/swimming) you may want to try and login / reset the password. Also

it's possible your admin may have entered in the incorrect email for you also so I would double-check this first.
