Missing Credentials

USA Rugby Comment - To give you some insight, we have just secured use of a new online Learning Management System which will be taking over the process of running /tracking all qualifications launching in March. 

As such, Sportlomo won’t be used to track these certifications/qualifications – and all this information will be imported into the LMS, including what is in Sportlomo and in your old membership profile.

In the meantime, please know that we have all your historical certifications on file. If you have any questions on Certifications, or Training and Education initiatives, please feel free to reach out to education@usa.rugby

Log into your SportLoMo public account, below your member card you will see two buttons called Qualifications and Credentials Use qualifications to start a Safe Sport qualification.

Credentials: Use this for credentials such as concussion protocol, background screening, rugby ready etc

Qualifications: Use this one to start a Safe Sport qualification.

If registering as a coach, referee etc and you do not already have qualifications in the system you will need to go through (and complete) the process for background screening and safesport.

It is a fairly straight forward process. Once you register, on the completion page there will be options brought to your attention. See the screenshot below. This is the screen you will see after purchase of your relevant membership.

You can apply for the qualifications directly on this page by following the “Apply here” links you see above.

The next screen is the qualifications screen, you will now notice the option to purchase qualification events. Click the option you wish to register for.

On clicking the event you will notice the warning at the top of the screen, click continue.

Next you are brought o your purchase basket (There are no fees here), click continue.

Fill out the basic information asked for (This is a testing server so it may be different for you, depending on your union), click save.

Next is the purchase complete page, you can now click continue to certification and you will be brought through to the external survey for completion.

The process for both safesport and the background screening are exactly the same.

What if I logged out and didn't complete the survey, how do I find it again to complete?

Login and click the side menu

Click Members Credentials

Click Member purchased credentials

Click the plus icon

This will bring you through to the survey to complete
