Group Registration
Group Registration allows a club admin to register multiple members at once and make a single payment for the membership of all of those registered members. We would recommend to do no more than 15 registrations at a time.
The steps to register a group of members are detailed below.
Begin Selling (This step was done for you)
In order to register your members, they must have available membership packages to register into. These packages are set up in the Begin Selling module. This has been done on behalf of the clubs/schools in Cheer Canada this year. If your club/school wanted to take fees as part of registration they would be adding them in here after onboarding a stripe account.
Group Registration ( Club/gym/school admin Start here)
Once packages have been made available for registration, the club admin can register their members through the Group Registration module.
Member Needs More Information (Members start here)
Once registered with a status of Needs More Information, members must login to their accounts to complete their registration forms and sign their waivers.
