Updating your stripe details
For any clubs or associations who have onboarded to take payments via Stripe, additional information in order to keep your Stripe account in good standing.
To avoid an interruption in charges and payouts, multiple updates may be required.
To update your Stripe account, please click Payment Methods on your admin dashboard, then click to edit Stripe and finally click the Create/Edit Account Information button to login to Stripe.
Once logged in to Stripe, follow the instructions provided and upload all relevant documentation to each required section.
After you fill in the information and upload the required documents it will go for review with Stripe. Please return 48hrs later to see if it was all accepted by following the same process above.

Why did I fail the business verification/Non-profit verification?
The address and name on the document must match exactly what you have entered in Stripe. The key is to match the document. They will not accept a PO box for the address.

Its basically looking for you to match the Legal business (non profit) name and the address with the document you upload. When you select “start upload” it prompts you with the name and address it is expecting on the document.
It also lists all the acceptable document types.
Why did I fail the director's information question?
On this question, the directors named on the document need to match Exactly to the ones you added into Stripe. If there is any variation they will return it and ask you to update it. The club name needs to match also.
Select Start Upload on the next page and it sometimes gives you a more detailed description of the directors and names it expects to see on the document. it also lists the acceptable options.
If you're struggling to find an acceptable document I have seen board minutes being accepted with the directors on it example below of one that got accepted.
It seems to be an AI that corrects this first time unless escalated to stripe support so if you don't have them labeled as directors it may look for the attendees in error. If it still looks for the attendee's names in error contact calum.kyne@sportlomo.com to ask them to manually review it.
