Need More Info & Upgrades

Club Admin - Member Approval to Need More Info

While approving a member’s registration, if you notice that some of their submitted information is incorrect, or if they have uploaded an invalid photo or ID copy, you can set their member status to Need More Info which will require the member to login to their account and correct their registration.

To do this, choose the Need More Info button on the final stage of member approval. Include an email to the member to alert them to the changes that they are needed to make.

Member Update Information

If your club or provincial branch has put your registration into a status of Need More Info, you will be required to login to your account from Sportlomo : User , click the Update Information button on your member card to correct your registration.

Member Upgrade / Add Category

If you have already registered for your club and need to add another registration for the same member in the same club, click the Upgrade / Add Category button on your member card.
