Public User FAQs

To renew your membership, login to your account from your association’s registration link. Choose the membership category you wish to renew into. Choose your existing member from the dropdown list to renew.

 

To apply for a refund, login to your account https://volleyball.canada.sportsmanager.ie/sportlomo/users/login and click Payments > Membership. Click Request Manual Refund on the payment you wish to have refunded.

Please note that Sportlomo do not process any refunds, this is the responsibility of your club, provincial association and governing body. If you have any queries on your refund payment, please contact one of those associations directly.

 

 

To register into an additional category on your member profile, members should choose to Upgrade their accounts as opposed to clicking Register/Renew and renewing a new member. If you have already paid a registration fee for your initial membership, you will be charged a reduced fee on upgrade with your already-paid portions of membership payment deducted from the amount due.

 

To confirm you your registration in an event, login to your account and click the Event > Order History link on your public user login page. Please note that on registration you will also receive email confirmation.

 

In order to manage your club roster from your public user account, you can login to your account and click the Team Sheets Panels link on the left-hand side menu. A full look at the options available to you when managing your roster is available here.
