Please use the refund process below. If you are memeber in Volleyball BC however you will need to contact a club admin/province representative directly to process a refund (there is no refund request available in BC)

Refund Request:

To request a refund please follow the steps below. Keep in mind, all levels need to approve their portion of the fees e.g club, Province, Volleyball Canada

To apply for membership refund you must:

  1. Login to your Sportlomo account

  2. Select Payments from the side menu

  3. Click memberships

  4. You will see the refund request icon (See screenshot below) select this

  6. Give your reason for applying for the refund in the text box

  7. you will receive an email telling you when you are approved.

After submitting refund request:

After you have submitted the refund request you can return at any stage to view the status of the approvals at the various association levels.

Please remember the funds are not held by the software provider (SportLoMo). This means the refunds need to be approved by each association. They will be returned to you as the association approve their portion.
