To register either click on your club’s direct registration link that they have made available to you, or find your club from rugbyconnect.irfu.ie

If your registration is in a Pre-Approval or Awaiting Approval status, it will need to be approved by your club or provincial branch. If your registration is in a Need More Info status, you will need to click on the Update Information button on your member card.

To start a vetting application, click on the Credentials button on your member card.

If a member creates a duplicate registration during registration, that duplicate may need to be merged before the member's new registration becomes active.

A member who is underlined in your approvals page indicates that they have created a duplicate.

A red underline indicates that the duplicate exists in the same association (i.e. the new registration and old duplicate record are both in your club).

A green underline indicates that the duplicate exists in a different association (i.e. the new registration could be in your club while the duplicate exists in a different club or school).

A transfer will need to be initiated by your current club, the club you wish to join, or your provincial branch. Please contact any of those to start your transfer.
