Credentials

Please Note - any credentials that you have achieved through Gainline will be automatically added to your profile. You do not need to re-upload these credentials.

Member Upload Credential

To add a credential to your profile, or to begin your IRFU Safeguarding, click the Credentials button on your member card, followed by clicking Upload Credential on the next page.

To begin your Safeguarding, choose Vetting as your credential type, then select which of the 2 safeguarding credentials is applicable to you.

Click Save to be directed to the Safeguarding form.

Club (CWO) Approve Safeguarding Credential

To approve a club member’s Safeguarding application, you must be logged in to your club admin dashboard as a CWO or DeputyCWO user.

Click the Safeguarding Credentials link to see all Safeguarding applications which have been submitted.

Click on the i icon to open an application and after viewing the submission, if all information looks correct and valid, click the Approved by CWO button.

Club View Member’s Credentials

To view your club member’s credentials, click the Members Credentials link on your dashboard when logged in as a club admin. Using the Search/Filter options at the top of the page, you can filter to show specific credentials, or specific members.
