Log-in issues


 

IF you cant log in to your account, usually it's one of three things

  1. Your trying to log in under an email address you were not registered under originally. Can you check all the email addresses that you could be registered under? If you don't have access to an old email address, your provincial body can update the email address on your Sportlomo account.

  2. The email address associated with your account is not activated. When you register with Sportlomo, an activation link is sent to your email account. It is not necessary to activate your email address on your first registration, but you will need to complete the activation request before your next registration.   3. You are a club admin with Club Administration login details that you are using in the members login portal. The club admin portal needs different login details to the members portal login details. The same login details cant be shared across both. If your in a member login area and want to get to the admin login area use the link to be redirected to the admin login area

  6. IF you have already contacted your club/province to verify your email address and you still cant login you can log a ticket

at SportLoMo Service Desk.

Please include the following information in the ticket to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Email address you think was used

  • Full name and date of birth of the Member

  • Name of the club and organisation you are with.

In some cases, we need a Sportlomo agent to verify and resolve an activation request. Submit your ticket to the SportLoMo Service Desk if you see this activation error.

Please include the following information in the ticket to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Email address you think was used

  • Full name and date of birth of Member

  • Name of the club and organisation you are with

If your email is not receiving a password reset email

  • Are you on the right login page (not the club login portal)? Member login found here.

  • Have you the correct email for the account?

  • Are you sure your email is in the system?

  • Are you using a .edu or earthlink email?

  • Have you checked your spam box?

Please log a ticket at SportLoMo Service Desk with the member name, and club you are registered with.
